Hi & thanks for venturing further than the home page of my website. I hope you delve even further into my website & discover more about me. But here's just a little taster of who I am.

I am very much a city girl & a proud Aucklander, some may think I am JAFA or JAFFA but that's ok. I am also a very proud Kiwi: I love New Zealand. I think New Zealand is a fantastic place. It is a great place to go for road trips. However, I also enjoy discovering and experiencing the culture & history of other countries.

While I am a city dweller, both my parents come from rural farming backgrounds in Southland. I do enjoy escaping to the peace & quiet of the country but I feel at home in the city. I really enjoy the pace of city life & I have discovered, through travels abroad, that this is not restricted to Auckland.

I have been very fortunate that during my childhood I have been exposed to many different experiences. I have had the opportunity to participate in many sporting disciplines & experience the outdoors through camping, tramping & beaches. I was also encouraged to be open minded & try new things. There are many more experiences that have shaped who I am today & by browsing this website, you will discover more about me.

In 2006, I moved into the IT industry & worked for a software company but due to the economic climate, at the beginning of 2013, I was made redundant. The company made Real Estate software.

I continue to work in the IT industry & now work for a teleco.
